Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join our Engineering Systems team within DI IT. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining resilient infrastructure solutions to support the DI IT roadmap. Your expertise will play a key role in advancing our IT capabilities and driving innovation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality infrastructure solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Oversee infrastructure performance and health, ensuring continuous availability
• Troubleshoot support issues across complex development environments
• Act as the escalation point for IT issues raised through the Service Desk, performing triage, prioritization, and resolution
• Write scripts for automation and document deployed systems and working practices
• Enhance security, confidentiality, and integrity of IM&T environments by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an infrastructure engineer role
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies including Windows Platforms, Linux, server management, cloud platforms (VMWare), Citrix, Networking (Cisco), and enterprise management technologies
• Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions and apply subject matter knowledge to resolve issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work within a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Must hold, or be willing to obtain, SC clearance as a minimum
