We are seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join our team at Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists in Beckenham. As an Optical Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them with a smile and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to our clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Work closely with Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians to determine the best solutions for our clients.
  • Use excellent communication and listening skills to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and clients.
  • Utilize excellent IT skills to manage client queries and provide solutions.

Requirements:
