About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NCS Project Officer to join our team at Groundwork. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of each Community Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire cohorts of young people aged 16 to 17
  • Deliver Employability, Life Skills and Social Action sessions
  • Coordinate programmes and work closely with existing Groundwork provision
  • Support and work with staff in schools, colleges, and other local youth provision
  • Report any safeguarding concerns to your Team Leader

Requirements

  • Prior experience of working with young people and programme coordination and delivery
  • Ability to work evening and weekends to support the delivery of NCS
  • Travel flexibility is essential
