Job Summary

As a NCS Project Officer at Groundwork, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of each Community Experience. You will lead and inspire cohorts of young people aged 16 to 17, delivering Employability, Life Skills and Social Action sessions, and coordinating programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Employability, Life Skills and Social Action sessions to young people
  • Coordinate programmes and events to ensure smooth delivery
  • Work closely with existing Groundwork provision, staff in schools, colleges, and other local youth provision
  • Support and report any safeguarding concerns to the Team Leader
  • Work evenings and weekends to support the delivery of NCS
Requirements

You will need prior experience of working with young people and programme coordination and delivery. Travel flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work at various locations, including Groundwork South offices and other venues.
