Insolvency Administrator Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join a leading specialist Insolvency Practice in Kent. This role offers excellent career development and progression opportunities, with exposure to a wide range of cases and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage case delivery, including pre-appointment, progression, and closure.
  • Realise assets in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Insolvency Manager and/or Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Investigate Directors' conduct, including misappropriation of company funds.
  • Prepare for and attend creditors meetings and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Liaise with third parties and senior staff to ensure case progression and prompt realisations of assets.
  • Attend site where necessary.
  • Maintain IPS case diaries and IPS setup.
  • Ensure statutory deadlines are met.
  • Support Administrators and Trainees.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and improve systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Experience working as an Insolvency Administrator.
  • CPI Qualified, studying, or qualified through experience.
  • Well-organised and excellent communication skills.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Medway.
