About the Role

As an Assistant Shop Manager at Shaw Trust, you will play a key role in achieving financial goals, maintaining high standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be based in Handforth, Cheshire, and work 3 days a week at our Taunton retail shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the shop in alignment with company policies, maximising sales and profits while increasing the profile of Shaw Trust.
  • Support the Shop Manager in achieving financial goals and maintaining high standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the success of the shop.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate concisely and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
