Strategic Governance and Education Leader

Chelmsford College is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Governance and Education Leader to join its Governing Body. As a member of the governing body, you will play a critical role in shaping the college's strategic direction and ensuring it remains a centre of excellence in education and training.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in governance, leadership, and strategic planning, with a deep understanding of the further education sector. You will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to the college's senior leadership team, helping to drive academic excellence and financial sustainability.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the college's strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with the college's vision and mission.

As a Strategic Governance and Education Leader, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence in education and training.
