Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Manager to join our team in Cambridgeshire. As a respected provider of complex care packages, we deliver exceptional support to children and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face guidance and support to children, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young individuals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families, as well as a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and their families.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Proven experience working with children and families.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:
