Job Title: Digital Learning Manager

The National Portrait Gallery is seeking a skilled Digital Learning Manager to lead the development and implementation of its digital learning offer. This exciting opportunity will enable you to make a significant impact on the Gallery's education and outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning strategy, aligned with the Gallery's education and outreach goals.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of the Gallery's online learning resources, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and accessible to a wide audience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver digital learning programs, workshops, and events that promote the Gallery's collections and exhibitions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives, using data and feedback to inform future development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital learning, ensuring the Gallery remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital learning, education, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in learning and education.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Passion for the National Portrait Gallery's mission and values.
