Retail Store Manager

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our outdoor retail team in a busy tourist location.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the outdoors and can bring that energy to their store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional environment for customers to shop and inspiring the team to deliver brilliant customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive performance and retail sales across the store
- Manage store KPIs, including P&L, audit, and customer service
- Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and service goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
- Passion for the outdoors and retail industry
- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor, with a track record of driving sales and performance
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Ability to manage budgets and KPIs to improve store performance
