Store Manager | Outdoor Retail | Competitive Salary + Bonus
Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our outdoor retail team in a busy tourist location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and performance, and managing the store's key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and performance across the store
- Create an environment that delivers an excellent customer experience
- Manage store KPIs, including profit and loss, customer service, and product knowledge
- Keep the team's technical product knowledge up to date
- Report to the Area Manager
Requirements:
- Passion for the outdoors
- Retail experience at Supervisor, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager level
- Proven track record of driving sales and performance
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
