Beeby Anderson Recruitment seeks a highly skilled BIM Implementation Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this role will be responsible for implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) across various projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the architectural, engineering, consulting or construction industry, with a strong understanding of traditional project deliverables and ISO19650 standards/project delivery. They should also possess expertise in digital delivery software and standards, including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), REVIT and NAVIS.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to work with a reputable company, offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be based in the UK, with regular travel required to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining and updating BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Implementation of BIM methodology in line with project requirements and ISO 19650 standards.
  • Regular review of model quality and compliance with BIM requirements.
  • Preparation of quality check reports and status updates.


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to integrate multiple BIM models across various software platforms.
