Head of Talent Management for Europe Operations

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Head of Talent Management (TM). This role involves developing insights that inform our talent strategy and innovating new mechanisms to meet the highest strategic areas of need within the Operations organization.

You will work closely with senior business leaders, HR leaders, and other specialists around the globe to understand business and talent priorities, analyze data to uncover macro talent trends, and develop and present new initiatives to drive our business strategy forward.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that meets the needs of our Operations organization.
  2. Analyze data to identify macro talent trends and make recommendations to improve our talent acquisition and development processes.
  3. Partner with talent process owners to test hypotheses using data and develop new initiatives to drive business results.
  4. Innovate and implement new and existing talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, and organization design.
  5. Demonstrate analytical capabilities, a process improvement mentality, and ability to influence others with data-driven recommendations.
  6. Have experience in HR Project Management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and/or an MBA.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
