As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the 5-19 Healthy Child Programme, promoting public health, and reducing health inequalities.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake complex holistic health needs assessments of children and young people, interpreting and analysing complex information to inform and implement a plan of care.
- Provide skilled, evidence-based nursing care, adhering to agreed policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive record keeping.
- Work as an autonomous practitioner, taking responsibility for care given to children, young people, and families, while also working as a team member.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to improve health outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
- Specialist Community Public Health Nurse / School Nurse (SCPHN) qualification.
- Registered Nurse qualification.
- Supervision Training.

The salary for this role is £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, plus a Recruitment and Retention premia of 6%.
