Job Title: Automated Cutting and Stripping Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automated Cutting and Stripping Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a fully automated cutting and stripping machine to produce high-quality materials efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor automated cutting and stripping machine to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Set up the machine according to job specifications, including adjusting cutting and stripping parameters as necessary.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry, production tracking, and quality control purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in basic software applications and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to accurately follow written instructions and measurements.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Friday: 7:30 am - 1:00 pm
