Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Removals Department Head at our reputable client based in West Yorkshire.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the Removals department, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of senior removal experts to deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a senior management role within the Removals industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
