Job Title: Family Engagement Officer

We are seeking a skilled Family Engagement Officer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with families at the point of entry to our service, building and maintaining positive relationships with service users, and providing day-to-day front-of-house management and administration functions for the centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with families and build positive relationships with service users
  • Provide day-to-day front-of-house management and administration functions
Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • First Aid at Work qualification
Desirable Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience of working effectively as part of a team in a busy multiagency environment
  • Experience of using a range of ICT software systems and packages
  • Experience of working in a children's centre
  • Experience of working with families with complex needs
