Job Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice Development Leader to oversee the progress of apprentices within our specified program, ensuring the quality of delivery meets the standards set by the client, EPA, funding agencies, and regulatory bodies.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Development Leader, you will coach and mentor a cohort of apprentices, supporting them towards achievement of their Apprenticeship program. You will also manage all associated data and stakeholder relationships, ensuring accurate and efficient management of learner data.

  • Assist and support the Client and GP Strategies Management team with the delivery of KPIs within your designated program and business area.
  • Deliver and develop own skills and professional qualifications to support Apprentice training in a blended learning approach.
  • Ensure that Apprentice data is managed efficiently with no gaps or incorrect data and be accountable for learners on your holdings reports.
  • Manage operational governance, including quarterly governance board meetings with business leads.
  • Ensure that the Equality, Diversity, Health, Safety, Safeguarding, and Quality Policies are adhered to within your area of responsibility.
Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated and effective team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous apprenticeships, people management, or teaching experience is essential. You should also possess:

  • Business or Engineering Apprenticeship/qualification (other disciplines will be considered).
  • Strong administration and data management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Car owner and driver with the willingness to travel to other locations if necessary.
  • Proficient user of MS Office.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • PTLLS Level 3 or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Professional qualification/degree.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding procedures.
