Job Summary

Spectrum Community Health CIC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our diverse and innovative team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to combine your primary care, acute, and emergency nursing skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, including nurse-led clinics, administering medication and treatments, emergency response, triage, wound care, examinations, and referrals. You will work closely with our team to provide holistic interventions and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess a Registered Nurse Level 1 - Adult / General / Mental Health qualification and have experience working within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team. A mentorship or supervision/teaching/assessing experience/training would be desirable. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of current healthcare issues, clinical governance audit, risk management, and quality agenda.
