About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our client's team on a permanent basis. As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, developing, building, and debugging products. Your expertise in the appropriate technology stack will be essential in creating designs that consider scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-level and low-level technical designs
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with project requirements
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, code quality, testing, and documentation
  • Optimize performance and design scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including BAs, CTOs, Leads, DevOps, and project managers
  • Design and implement monitoring and logging systems
  • Integrate APIs and develop websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
  • Manage SQL databases, including writing stored procedures and backup/restore
  • Experience with web technologies, source control, and branching using TFS, Git, and Azure
  • Cloud and Microservices solutions, Event-driven architecture, Security and Compliance, and Cosmos DB
Desirable Skills
  • Elasticsearch, Docker, Azure Service Bus, Azure DevOps, gRPC, SonarCloud, HMRC APIs, automation tools such as Octopus Deploy and MS Build, Scalability and Performance Testing
