We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Cider Press in Bristol. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and mentor your team to achieve high standards of service and quality.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the General Manager's absence.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
