Main Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality financial reporting and services.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare bespoke monthly and quarterly management reports, annual and interim standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and FRS 102.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate with the Director of the team to implement changes.
- Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis and reporting to clients, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to current procedures, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met within agreed timeframes.
- Team Management: Coach, develop, and manage junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Professional Qualification: A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, or CIMA) is preferred or working towards qualification.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
- Time Management: Good time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Adaptability: Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
- Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint). Experience with TBS TRAMPS and Yardi systems is advantageous.
