Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Professional to join our team at Puro Accountancy. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in preparing and submitting Tax Returns, Personal Tax, and Corporation Tax, as well as performing general administration duties and assisting the team with bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit Tax Returns, Personal Tax, and Corporation Tax
  • Perform general administration duties, including answering and making calls, responding to emails, and maintaining the accounts systems for multiple companies
  • Assist the team with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including preparing end-of-year accounts

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience within a practice as an Accounts Assistant
  • Strong IT skills, experience working with different accounting software, including Xero and Sage
  • Audit experience is desirable but not essential
  • AAT/ACA/ACCA part-qualified, fully qualified, or Qualified By Experience
