Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Visitor Experience team as a Programme Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering and developing a programme of activities and events that bring our place to life for our visitors.
About the Role
As a Programme Coordinator, you will work closely with the Senior Visitor Experience Officer to create and deliver events and activities that engage our supporters and link everything we do back to our cause. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of presentation on site and ensuring all our communications with our visitors are clear and consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a programme of activities and events that meet the needs of our visitors
- Work closely with the Senior Visitor Experience Officer to create and deliver events and activities
- Ensure high standards of presentation on site
- Ensure all our communications with our visitors are clear and consistent
- Link everything we do back to our cause
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who has good communication skills, is a team player, and is adaptable and flexible. You should have an understanding of the importance of great service and be keen to learn new things. You should also be well-organised and able to manage your time effectively.
