High Yield Credit Analyst, European Telecoms Specialist

Wellington Management is a leading investment management firm seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our Credit Research team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing European credits, with a focus on the High Yield and Bank Loan markets, particularly in the Telecoms and Cable sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Perform intensive fundamental credit analysis to develop and implement value-added investment recommendations.
- Collaborate with other investment professionals to shape portfolio management decisions and provide investment recommendations that add value to client portfolios.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of sector-specific ESG and regulatory materiality issues.
- Communicate complex investment ideas and recommendations effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- 10+ years of relevant credit research experience, including experience analyzing HY issuers within the European Telecoms and Cable sectors.
- Demonstrable track record of developing and implementing value-added investment recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a quantitative orientation.
- Ability to make investment decisions supported by rigorous analysis, often with incomplete information, and communicate with strong conviction.
- Superior collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
