Job Title: Senior European High Yield Credit Trader

ING Bank N.V. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior European High Yield Credit Trader to join our team. As a key member of our Global Credit Trading team, you will be responsible for providing liquidity competitively and consistently to Financial Markets clients, with the objective of producing stable sustainable revenue.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide liquidity competitively and consistently to Financial Markets clients.
  • Support DCM on secondary market liquidity on issuances and pricing & other market information.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share and promote ING's Credit Trading franchise.
  • Understand credit research and form a credit view on issuers.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' European High Yield credit trading experience.
  • Good understanding of CDS products.
  • 'Can do' attitude, positive mindset, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Clear, concise, and transparent communication skills.
  • Disciplined, customer-focused, and results-driven.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a high-paced environment.
  • Accountable for own actions and able to learn from mistakes.
