About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our discerning guests. As a Great Room Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding dining experiences, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to deliver timely and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two years customer care experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Excellent customer service experience
