Job Title: Account Coordinator

Job Summary:

VF Corporation is seeking an exceptional Account Coordinator fluent in French to join our Wholesale Customer Service team based in Nottingham, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to major online and high street retailers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Wholesale accounts across several markets in the EMEA region.
  • Communicate with Wholesale Accounts (retailers, distributors and sales teams) in their native language, over the phone and by email to provide excellent service.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcome.
  • Ensure timely Orderbook conversion, in-line with customer expectations and brand objectives.
  • Interpret daily reports as needed by the business.
  • Follow the end-to-end order to shipment process, liaising with our DC to ensure timely shipping.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.
  • Computer literate with strong Excel skills and the ability to produce reports.
  • Analytical with a flair for problem-solving.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to balance responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
