Job Title: Production Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Shift Manager to join our team at ISQ Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, maintaining safety standards, and driving quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager and support the overall operational strategy.
  • Champion health and safety practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Drive operational excellence and lead effective problem-solving within the team.
  • Conduct regular Pareto analysis to identify key areas for improvement.
  • Manage shift performance, including handling disciplinary actions and managing resources.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives for team members.
Requirements:
  • Formal training in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
  • Proven experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong engineering aptitude (mechanical, electrical, or technical).
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean-Sigma Yellow Belt.
  • Solid technical and operational understanding.
  • Understanding of BRC standards is advantageous.
  • Proficient in IT and MS Office applications.
