We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team at We Buy Any Car Ltd.
About the Role:
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for buying and selling cars, ensuring the efficient running of your branch, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Buy cars and negotiate prices to achieve sales targets
- Conduct appraisals on cars and close deals with customers
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues to ensure seamless operations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,380 per year, plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £1,500 per annum pro-rata
- A fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
- A rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off, with occasional weekend work
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and healthcare cash plan
- Structured progression programmes and pay increases
Requirements:
- A current full UK manual driving license
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
