Breakdown Service Technician Job

We are seeking a skilled Roadside Assistance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the breakdown crew, you will be responsible for attending vehicle breakdowns, diagnosing issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading vehicle breakdown companies, offering a first-class service to thousands of customers. You will be working on a variety of vehicles, using your technical expertise to diagnose and repair issues.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. A full UK driving licence is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend vehicle breakdowns, diagnose issues, and provide expert repairs or recommendations.
  • Work closely with the breakdown team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £42,500 per annum, rising to £34,000 OTE (£31,860 basic + £2000 signing bonus).
