About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at On Target Recruitment. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of enteral products, including specialist neonatal products, safety & IV products & stoma care, to procurement, ward managers, matrons, specialist nurses and clinical trainers within hospitals across the East of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, negotiate and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand existing key accounts.
  • Provide product training to customers and ensure they are fully aware of the benefits and features of our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Graduate with non-medical sales experience or clinical background with an aptitude for sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
