About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Associate to join our team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group. As a key member of our Business Services vertical, you will play a critical role in driving higher revenue growth, maximizing operational efficiencies, and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external customer KYC data queries, providing insightful data analytics and responding in a commercial manner.
  • Conduct periodic analysis to interpret trends and identify areas for process enhancements.
  • Uphold data governance best practices and data management principles, supporting process documentation and methodologies.
  • Assist the Data Operations team with process enhancements and identify industry trends and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on data operations.
  • Work with Product Management to assist in the sourcing/development of existing and new data/products, from inception through to delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in data analysis reporting and working with databases and business processes.
  • Knowledge in KYC and data governance best practices.
  • Ability to work in a commercial manner and provide insightful data analytics.
