We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data and Performance Lead to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and making data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and manage statistical information using spreadsheets, databases, or dedicated information systems to ensure timely and accurate data presentation and reporting.
- Develop and maintain expertise in using a range of software tools for data extraction, analysis, and presentation, including SystmOne, PowerBI/Tableau, Powerpoint, DET, and MS Excel.
- Take responsibility for the timely and accurate inputting of clinical data and proactively liaise with clinical colleagues to ensure the collection and provision of information.
- Work with the Sector Manager to produce quarterly reports and a range of other data sets as required.
- Liaise with colleagues within and outside the Trust to provide accurate data for various purposes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve business performance.
- Education to a diploma level or NVQ level 4 or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in using a range of software tools, including SystmOne, PowerBI/Tableau/Powerpoint, DET, and MS Excel.
- Experience of collecting, inputting, and analyzing data.
- Experience of contributing to reports.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a flexible approach to working hours and duties.
- Ability to work effectively both alone and as part of a team.
