Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer databases, tracking sales pipeline and forecasting business performance.
- Travel frequently within the UK and abroad to meet with customers, attend trade exhibitions, and participate in sales activities.
- Deliver excellent presentations in fluent English and provide a flexible approach to senior-level clients in businesses ranging from SME to international enterprises.
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and Office applications is essential.
- Minimum 7 years of technical-commercial experience in long-term sales for an international software or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Additional foreign languages and experience in manufacturing areas of textiles and plastics are beneficial.
