Lead a Team of Site Managers

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a team of Site Managers overseeing the pre-installation, installation, and commissioning of offshore wind farms. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, people leadership, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain department strategy to meet business objectives
  • Promote a strong safety and quality culture
  • Lead and manage a team of Site Managers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure implementation and follow-through of new concepts and improvements
  • Foster synergies across installation projects, including management synergies
  • Support project managers during the preparation, planning, and execution phases
  • Manage the department budget, including time tracking, travel, and training expenses

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a science or engineering field
  • Project and people management experience, particularly in offshore construction
  • Skilled in contractual negotiations, customer discussions, claims management, and related commercial aspects
  • Solid process knowledge in both execution and commercial activities
  • Experience in the wind or marine industry is beneficial
  • Good financial understanding and familiarity with maritime, customs, and EU legislation
  • Fluent in English
