We are currently seeking a highly skilled Director of Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our asset portfolio, providing strategic guidance to senior management, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive asset performance analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide leadership and direction to the asset management team
  • Monitor key market trends and legislative changes to capitalize on opportunities
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive management
  • Manage cash flow models and workout strategies for underperforming assets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of relevant Asset Management experience with demonstrated analytical skills
  • Minimum 3+ years managing a team in a leadership capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; Master's Degree preferred
