We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Instructor to join our team. As a Mechanical Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching and mentoring the next generation of engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering training content to promote apprenticeships and support our clients
  • Training learners across various engineering study programs and apprentice schemes
  • Delivering regulated qualifications with full support from our team

To excel as a Mechanical Instructor at Humberside Engineering Training Association Ltd, you should possess:

  • A minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Significant experience in mechanical maintenance engineering, safe use of hand tools, hydraulics, pneumatics, health & safety practices, and procedures
  • CAD skills are desirable but not essential

The estimated salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience. Our compensation package is designed to attract top talent and reward your dedication to delivering exceptional training experiences.
