Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance and Automation Expert at Smurfit Kappa, your key responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new automation solutions.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance or automation role, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Degree-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
