Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and Implementing QHSE Policies: Create, update, and implement quality, health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate them, overseeing standards of risk assessments, job safety analyses, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the organization complies with all applicable health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and standards, staying up-to-date with changing regulations and ensuring practices align accordingly.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and contractors on safety, quality, and environmental standards and practices.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and environmental breaches to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in QHSE management and food safety within the catering industry.
  • Food Hygiene certification at diploma level or higher.
  • Affiliation to a suitable professional body.
  • Experience in strengthening ISO certifications.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
