Key Responsibilities
- Client Support and Project Delivery
As a Senior Consultant Non-Life Expert, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our insurance and reinsurance clients, both in the UK and globally. This will involve delivering projects on time and within budget, and leading the delivery of these projects.
Client Relationship ManagementYou will be responsible for developing and maintaining a good relationship with nominated clients, building and/or maintaining a strong network of contacts in the insurance industry.
Team Development and TrainingYou will be responsible for training your junior team members so that they can become stars of the future.
Business DevelopmentYou will be responsible for identifying and developing further consultancy opportunities with new and existing clients.
Cross-Practice CollaborationYou will be responsible for collaborating across the business to deliver on cross-practice projects.
Industry PromotionYou will be responsible for helping to promote our insurance offerings to a wider audience, which includes conference speaking and writing articles.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should be qualified UK actuaries with proven, relevant post-qualification experience.
Project Management SkillsExperience of running and planning projects with a track record of delivering quality work on schedule.
Consulting SkillsExcellent consulting skills and proven record of achievement and delivery.
Industry KnowledgeStrategic business acumen and knowledge of risks facing the insurance industry, which will have been acquired in an industry or consultancy role.
