Meallmore Ltd. is a leading provider of care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to elderly clients, including those with dementia. We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our team at Crimond House in the North East village of Crimond.

">Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse at Crimond House, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with colleagues to achieve outstanding results. You will lead by example, mentoring and coaching team members to deliver high-quality care and promote a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and care assistants
  • Implement person-centred care plans, prioritizing resident needs and preferences
  • Monitor and evaluate care delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NMC (RGN/RMN)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a senior nursing role is desirable
