About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Individual Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a team player who is committed to making a positive difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you

The role involves supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and household chores. You will also assist with managing their finances and maintaining their homes. A UK driving license would be an advantage but is not essential.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, paid annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
