About the Role
">This part-time position as a Childcare Support Specialist involves providing professional field social work services to children, families, and individuals within current legislation, policies, and procedures of Aberdeenshire Council. The successful candidate will work in partnership with service users, other professionals, and agencies within the wider community to deliver support and guidance.
The role requires a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation. We adopt inclusive practices, transparent policies, and foster a culture built on mutual respect.
