Job Title: Mobile Automation Test Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Automation Test Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction, and work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation frameworks, especially in mobile testing, and possess leadership capabilities to guide a team of testers.

  • Lead and manage a team of mobile automation testers to deliver high-quality test automation solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation frameworks using JavaScript and other technologies.
  • Automate functional and regression testing for mobile applications across different platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, to define and implement test strategies.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and automated testing.
  • Mentor and train team members in automation best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile automation testing and tools.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on mobile test automation.
  • ~3+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and other technologies for mobile automation.
  • ~ Strong knowledge of mobile testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Proficiency in writing and executing test scripts for both iOS and Android platforms).
  • ~ Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and integrating automation into the pipeline.
  • ~ AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) for mobile testing.
  • ~ Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and QA processes.
