We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and machinery. You will also diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime, collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing setting">

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong electrical expertise, with knowledge of mechanical systems as an advantage">
  • Qualifications in Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 minimum)">
  • PLC fault-finding and repair experience is desirable">

What We Offer:

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £48,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including a supportive team environment and professional development opportunities.

Location:

This role is based in Manchester, with a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off (days and nights).
