Join Our Team as a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Parker Smith Inclusion. As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and gain valuable experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of psychology and be able to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with SEND. Your role will involve supporting students in the classroom, providing one-to-one support, and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEND in the classroom and provide one-to-one support as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with SEND
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
