The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our Business Change function in the Toxicology business. This role will support the delivery of change projects, evaluating change requests, initiating projects, and managing them to completion. The successful candidate will work with business and technology stakeholders to document, review, and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, business cases, and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate change requests and initiate projects
- Manage projects to completion, working with business and technology stakeholders
- Document, review, and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, business cases, and recommendations
- Work with internal and external partners to deliver projects and solutions
- Manage and conduct testing, gathering end-user feedback
- Complete Systems Lifecycle documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant field
- Experience in project management and business analysis
- Knowledge of quality management systems and testing management
- Ability to work within a quality management system
- Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of change management models, such as Lewin or Prosci, is advantageous
