The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our Business Change function in the Toxicology business. This role will be based in our Abingdon site in Oxfordshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of change projects, from small-scale initiatives to larger-scale programs. As an Associate Project Manager and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating change requests, initiating projects, and managing them to completion. You will also work closely with business and technology stakeholders to document and review requirements, specifications, and business cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating change requests and initiating projects
- Managing projects to completion, including setting up governance structures and working with stakeholders
- Documenting and reviewing requirements, specifications, and business cases
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Working with internal and external partners to deliver projects and solutions
- Managing the testing process and gathering end-user feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a relevant field
- Experience of managing small projects or workstreams of larger ones
- Business analysis experience and knowledge of change management models
- Ability to work within a quality management system and manage tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management
