Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote recovery and well-being among our service users.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support our organization's mission and values.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
